Shipping policy

All Vanguard Gridworks systems are custom provisioned, flashed with your private encryption keys, and stress-tested on our workbench before shipment. Please allow 2-3 business days for technical staging prior to carrier pickup. All shipments include insured tracking via USPS or UPS.
